Owners and managers of the agri-food business have been trained in the program “CREATING ADDED VALUE IN AGRIFOOD” from Ukrainian Food Valley (UFV)!

The training program was developed as a comprehensive business training course for leaders of small and medium-sized agribusiness by leading UFV experts, practitioners of domestic agribusiness, who are the founders and owners of successful companies!

RESULTS:

Participants understand the principles of strategizing and creating added value in the agribusinesses in which they work, through the methodology of active learning and maximum involvement in working on business cases and creating their own training projects upon completion of the program.

IN THE PROGRAM:

– Finance and risk management for SMEs

– Agro-food clusters

– AgTech and innovative practices in agribusiness

The program consisted of 5 training modules (1 module = 1 day) and final defense of group projects.

Between modules, participants received individual and group homework.

The training lasted for 3 months and ended with the defense of group projects.

The commission that evaluated the projects included agro-market experts, representatives of banks, international financial organizations and embassies.

After the successful defense of group projects, participants received certificates from UFV and partners!
